Renovating spaces. Building Trust in SWFL
Away for the season? We check on your Southwest Florida home so small problems never become expensive ones. Owner-led and backed by a full renovation team.
An empty home in Southwest Florida is at risk every day. A failed AC can lead to humidity and mold within days. A small leak under a sink, a clogged AC drain line or a storm-damaged roof can go unnoticed for weeks and turn into thousands of dollars in repairs. Lexxos Home Watch gives seasonal residents, snowbirds and second-home owners in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Naples, Estero and Bonita Springs a trusted set of eyes on their property.
On every visit, we inspect the inside and outside of your home following a detailed checklist: checking for leaks, mold, pests and humidity, confirming the AC and thermostat are running, running water and flushing toilets, checking doors, windows and locks, and looking over the exterior after storms. You get a report with photos after every visit so you always know how your home is doing.
What makes us different is what happens when we find a problem. Most home watch companies can only tell you something is wrong. Lexxos is also a full renovation and painting company, so we can coordinate repairs quickly with your approval, without you having to find and manage contractors from out of state.
We offer flexible membership plans based on how often you want your home checked, plus add-on services like hurricane preparation, storm checks, key holding and pre-arrival home preparation. Contact us and we’ll recommend the right plan for your home.

Home watch is a service where a trusted professional regularly inspects your home while you’re away, looking for problems like leaks, mold, AC failures and storm damage, and reports back to you.
That depends on the plan you choose. Many insurance companies prefer regular checks on vacant homes, so ask your insurer what they require and we’ll match it.
We offer tiered membership plans based on visit frequency, with optional add-ons. Contact us or visit LexxosHomeWatch.com for current pricing.
